My background is rooted in investments, portfolio management, finance and business ownership — including two decades in the automotive business, from the sales floor to owning and operating a successful dealership. Negotiating high-value transactions isn't new to me; only the industry is.

Then my family and I restored our 1911 Samuel Maclure residence — a project featured in Boulevard Magazine — and I found the work I was meant to do: understanding not just what a home is worth today, but how to position it, and what it could become in the right hands.
